Troubleshooting for internet explorer for windows 7

When I am on a web site on the internet my screen goes down to half screen and it cuts off some content that is on the site. It does not allow me to maximize it and their is not any where to adjust the screen to review the content that is cut off

You could try another browser like Firefox or Chrome and see if the issue still occurs. You may even like them better.

Does your Internet Explorer look something like this?
