You can download the driver that you need from the graphic card maker's web site or the motherboard maker's if you are using on board graphics.

You also need to learn how to disable your caps lock.

First of all, if you have to ever pay for drivers, you are being scammed. Drivers are always free. Also there isn't graphics drivers for windows 7 ultimate or any OS that I know of. You get graphics drivers for the GPU that comes with your computer. Telling us you have windows 7 ultimate does not give us enough information about the hardware in your computer and what drivers it needs. Please do not use all CAPS when writing and you title for this thread isn't even a question, it looks more like an advertisement.
