Enough for what? It depends on what your running. However 350W should be enough for most things. The next step up would be 400W.

It depends on the system, but for the best stability and long term reliability you might want to consider a 400W or above. This used to not be a problem, but current systems need a lot of juice.

I often link to pcpowerandcooling.com since they have a table of average power consumption from PC components. You basically want to add everything up and then make sure that your psu isn't stressed beyond 70%.

It also depends on what rails you'll be using. Each power supply is different.
