So i've done a lot of thinking and searching and found this little laptop here.
What do you think, would it be good for gaming? That's mostly the maximum budget I get also (That's 2000$, and i basically have to buy right here in Latvia.)
Are there any glaring faults with it? As far as i can tell it's a stripped down VX7, and it's on par with a g53. Should i go for it?

Core i7 2630QM, 6GB RAM, 750GB 7200rpm HDD, 15.6" 1920x1080 LCD w/ GTX 460M graphics will make a great gaming laptop.

The only major 'knock' on that package is the high price.

A similar spec'd Asus G53SX-A1 would probably run $1500 and come with the GTX 560M graphics card.
G53SW-A1 with GTX 460M would run about $1400.

Yeah, pay no attention to the price. That's the cost of living where i live.
Nearly all good gaming laptops come from the US, so that adds a quite a large sum of money to the item.
Basically I usually have to add about 150$ in sending fees, and another 23% in customs tax, so i much rather buy i here, paying a bit more.

I knew the import duty was the reason you were looking local but if you can find a Asus G53SX-A1 in the EU zone you might end up saving money over the VX7
