Records to MP3 or WAV format from an internal microphone or the 2.5mm line input, broadcast wirelessly to any and all nearby FM tuners. The one that I got a hold of, breifly, also had a 2.5mm stereo RF jack (for external antenna) The FCC may have some issues with this. The dimensions are 5.3" x 3.1" x 1.3", 9.4 oz.
A firmware update is needed to browse through your files like you normally would on your PC. Like most of the other similar devices out there, this thing initialy wants to load and sort your files according to its own crappy software, by genre. The firmware update will fix the browser problem when it is complete. An unofficial firmware is available with some choice complaining and or explitaves, if necessary. For $400 bucks, you should get what you want\need to make something work.
