it never ends..

anywho the bios recoganizes both, and the system runs fine, but win2k doesn't use both, I set the.. software variable to 2 processors, but on reboot it changes it back and the event recorder records the the windows version and something about uniprocessor ..

tried updateing the uniprocessor driver.. it didn't effect perormance but now it says it has 2 cpu's.. checked the task manager performance tab and.. hey it works I'm an idiot.. later.. had my partner working on it in the other room, I need a set of walkie talkies or something...

Have you tried reinstalling your operating system with both processors installed?
