I have an Antec 1030 SOHO file server case. (Performance Line). And I have no earthly idea on how to get into it, I am guessing (hopeing) that the key to open it is inside the case, but ahh wouldn't that be silly?
Anyone have one of these and could give me some help?
Maybe you should try looking at the manual.
<i>
Basics
1. Take the case out of the box.
2. Remove the Styrofoam.
3. Remove the plastic bag.
4. Place the case upright with the power supply fan at the back facing you on a stable flat surface.
5. Remove the screws and unlock the side panel (the one with latch), swing panel out, and remove. Note: Please don't try to use your finger nails to pry or lift the panels.
6. Inside the case you should see the power supply, some wiring (LED's etc.), an installed I/O panel, a power cord and a plastic bag containing more hardware (screws, brass standoff, plastic stands, etc.) and 8 piece of Tension Clips (Drive Rails).</i>
It's really easy head over to <A HREF="http://www.homedepot.com/prel80/HDUS/EN_US/diy_main/pg_diy.jsp?CNTTYPE=NAVIGATION&CNTKEY=market/pg_zip_code.jsp&BV_SessionID=@@@@1721958430.1017979935@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccdcadcekmghdkfcgelceffdfgidgmj.0&catOID=100014943&DRC=4" target="_new">here</A>.
You'll get in that case in no time.

Don't feel bad, it took me awhile to open one of these buggers in a Comp USA. The side panel actually swings out instead of sliding straight back off of the case, just approach it from another angle and you should be fine. Worst comes to worse you can hit the panel with a hammer and bend it out of whack so that it simply falls off
If my response is brief and vague its because the info you provided is too!
