What causes computers to freeze

Hello,
my computer for some time now freezes any how and i dont know what is causing that to happen...please i need your help on this

Have you tried reinstalling the operating system, to check for driver issues etc.
If so then it maybe be worth checking your RAM is OK and seated properly, and checking that your power supply is working correctly.
