Looks like an error related to VSS trying to write data to a location that does not exist.
1) open regedit (Start -> Run... -> "regedit")
2) navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex\Catalogs\System
3) check the value for "Location" -> make it "C:\System Volume Information"
4) restart the computer
