Coolest running CPU ?

Besides the VIA C3 does anyone know which CPU is the coolest running?? ( i.e. least amount of heat given off ?)

I had heard that the PIII 600e was a decent one - anybody have any ideas?

I am building a quiet PC and want something that won't run too hot.

Maybe you can downclock Intel Celeron Tualatin 1.0A to 666MHz by forcing the FSB to 66MHz. Never tried myself.

What about P-IIIm Tualatin or P4m? Though they are for notebooks.

The new P3 800 gives off something like 12 watts or less. You might check them out.
