Help please

Hello, I have an Acer aspire and whenever i start up my laptop i get an error saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this compute restart the installation." (I should also mention when i was trying to startup my laptop before Start up Repair would show up, and i tried a system restore and etc. Then thought restoring to factory default would fix it, but it made it worse.) Then it restarts and does the same thing, it's basically a loop. I have no idea what to do, just getting to the point where i might swap my laptop for a new one or something. Since i've only had it for less than a month.

Any type of help and advice would be appreciated.

What model is it? Maybe for you exchanging it might be easiest.
