  1. That really depends on your cost range

    heres some good examples

    Low cost-ECS K7S5A
    Mid cost-FIC AN-11 Stealth
    Mid high cost-Asus A7V-266E
    High cost-Asus A7V-333

If you want the best of the best, go ahead and get a motherboard with a Via Kt333 chipset and some PC-2700 DDR SDRAM, preferably CL2.

  2. Well if you've looked around, you'll notice the Epox 8KHA+ is the most used one. I have it, it's perfect, stable, fast, no probs. It is the most performing board, if not then Abit's. It has received tons of awards, trust me, it's a winner KT266A mainboard.

Hmm...it doesn't seem that way to me at all. I see a lot more K7S5A owners.

  7. Abit KR7A series and Asus A7V333.

 Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
  8. Asus A7V333, Epox 8K3A+, or Soyo DRAGON+
