Hello Godsslave;

Neither ATi Mobility Radeon HD 4670 or ATI Radeon HD 5470 are going to give you excellent 1920x1080 performance.

Of the two choices the HD 4670 has a large performance lead over the HD 5470. The 3GB VRAM has minimal impact to performance in a weak card.

With 1920x1080 resolution you would expect to see lower numbers than shown here (most likely taken on 1366x768 or similar res testing)
SC II might be the best gauge of DIII performance. You can probably expect medium settings with HD 4670, low setting with HD 5470.
