We recently changed hardware on a laptop and now It wont start unless we enter the Bit Locker Key. Ususally our AD server records the key for all our machine but it hasnt for this specific machine. Is there any way we can get the bit locker key. Thank you.

put the old hardware back in and copy the bitlocker key

If this new hardware included the motherboard did you follow the proper procedure for activating and repopulating the TPM hardware?
