Reinstall windows/system32 files for free

A Tech told me I don't have the 32 bit any longer. He installed 61bit for my printer. Now that I don't have the 32 bit any longer I am unable to get into certain websites. Shouldn't I have both? How do I and reinstall 32 bit and keep the 62 bit also. I seem to need both? Do I?

Your OS will be either 32 bit or 64 bit, not 61 bit. This doesn't effect web browsing in any way. You have a different issue going on here. Also, just because you have a 64 bit OS doesn't mean you can't run 32 bit programs. If you are using a 64 bit browser, try installing a 32 bit browser since a lot of addons for browsers are still 32 bit.
