Hello,
hai, when i click the blutooth icon it shows turn adaptor on then i put, enter it's coming on . but some times not getting on , now not getting on the adaptor

What is the device that you are trying to connect?
Mobile phones need the bluetooth to be on and to accept connection, in addition a code generated by your pc bluetooth needs to be entered on your phone.
You need to watch the prompts on the phone and reply accordingly.

What is the make and model of the BT device? Have you ensured you have the proper drivers installed?
