Restarting Unexpectly

Hi all i am new to this forum i have a great problem with my PC Plz any one have any IDEA Help me .My prob is when i work with my system sometimes it's restarted(take 1 Min.) & shows windows recover from a serious unexpected error , when i checked in event viewer it shows Kernel-power erro code 41 it's happens 10 to 12 times in a day , i was changed my ram but no result same thing happening. My System Config is,

1.Cpu 2.66 Ghz
2.Ram 4 G.B
3.Asus motherboard

Kindly help me i m in trouble.

well it can be either temerature or power supply issue
to check your temps download core temp or look at your mobo and cpu temps in bios

Is it a virus or something? It happened to my VAIO before and I reformat it, then it went back to normal

I have tried what ever you are saying but no result.
First i format the pc then change the RAM , SMPS , Hard Drive but no result
