Hello, I just bought a new computer, P4 1,7Ghz. Its a nice computer but the only thing that really bothers me is the fan noise. There are 4 fans inside the case; 1 for the power supply, 1 for the case itself, 1 on the Gforce video card and 1 on the CPU. The one on the CPU is the loudest. I checked the bios, it runs at 4300 rpm's, keeping the cpu cooled at about 30 degrees celcius. If I slow the cpu fan down abit with my finger the computers becomes nice and quiet, so its not the other fans. Ive tried several different coolers/fans from the store, but it doesnt make a difference. Is there any way, and would it be reccomended, to slow down the cpu fan speed a bit?

Thx.
