  1. i might be wrong but, the spinning of the HDD could cause static noise or something in that line, try moving your hdd lower in the case or as far away from the audio as possible.
  2. You can try making sure the HDD cables aren't near the front panel wires. It could also be a bad ground somewhere. If you built this computer, make sure you used all the standoffs for the motherboard.
