I have a XP1600 running on an ASUS A7V133(a) with the latest bios. It runs but doesn't like the XP CPU much, I had no problems when used to run a regular Thunderbird on the same board.

i have a TB 1.333@1.666 FSB266 & it works well on my asus a7v133.

imo, you can use it without problem but you must have a 14x coef dispo on your mb to succeed the new cpu setting on your mb.
im not sure you have it, i think the limit on your mb is something like a 12.5x coef.
however you can overclock your FSB to by-pass this problem.

get the latest bios update and it should support it with the 14x multiplier.
