MAC PC hangs when conneced through VNC remotely

In MAC OS X 10.5.7 & 10.5.8 versions.

I'm able to access my MAC PC remotely through VNC, but when the MAC screen appears and shows

Please wait...initial screen loading.........that's it message will be like that only. I cann't access any thing.

Please help.
