I have an Averatec laptop which I bought at Sam's Club, and a problem has emerged with the exhaust fan in it. The fan under the CPU works perfectly, but the fan on the bottom center of the case (the exhaust fan), has started to make noises when it starts to spin, and when it stops spinning. I have been told that the bearings are probably going out of it and that it needs to be replaced. Does anyone know how to gain access to the fan on this laptop so that I can replace it?

I'd imagine it requires using a screwdriver

lol, very astute  .

if you are technologically adept, then just take apart the notebook and see what fan it uses, and replace it. If you are not, then send it back to the manufacturer (or retailer) for it to be repaired.
