There is no such thing as Outlook Express 7. The final version was Outlook Express 6.

Outlook Express 6 was included with Windows XP and is not available as a separate download.
It will not work on Windows 7 anyway.

If you want a free email client to install on Windows 7, try Mozilla Thunderbird:

If you would rather have Microsoft Office Outlook, you have to buy it:
