Ok I have a new A7V333 (long story why I got it but I just upgraded from my A7V266-E and I was wondering what would be the best way to go about overclocking my AMD XP1900+ Should I just throw the FSB up to about 166 or just change the Multiplier or a little of both? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Theres a decent chance with a good cooler you can hit 166fsb without changing the multiplier on your cpu.

If not just drop it down .5 and hit 166, regardless your gonna want to be at 166 it just offers killer memory performance.

Also overvolt the ram and make sure your at cl2 max speed settings!

Overvolt the ram?

Sorry I am still working my way into computers. I have all my RAM settings at 2T or something like that... That's CL2 right?

Increase voltage to the ram allows faster speeds with stability, just like a processor, if you cant hit cl2 turbo with regular voltage adding some juice often can make the difference.
