Help with BSOD on Every Other Desktop Startup

Last response: in Windows 7

My head has been done in with this BSOD; It only happens every second start-up. So if I start up the pc it gets to windows, will get about 5-10mins and then BSOD, so I shutdown and restart, this time it will not BSOD, everything is fine, as long as I don't shutdown PC. So I always either restart or sleep and have no issues. It was annoying me though, so I fresh intstalled windows 7, updated all the drivers, and voila still get the BSOD at desktop startup! :(

Thanks in advance! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
