Hi,

Not sure of this is in the right place so forgive me if its not. :)

I was wondering if i was to burn a data DVD on windows .dmg file (mac image file if im not mistaken.) Would that DVD or .dmg file be visible and mountable on a Mac?

Never used a mac before so any help would be a appreciated.

Regards

Once a dvd data image is burned and no errors, it should be readable by Win or OSX.

if you burn a .dmg image on your PC the MAC will not be able to see it.
You need a utility like MacDisk for windows so your MAC will be happy. Google TransMac, it's a free utility for doing this.
