Nice choices, but are you aware that VIA P4X333 actually out-performs 845G in most cases, if not all, and since you are buying a GeForce4 4600, you really don't need the onboard graphics provided by 845G. I've heard about the unreliability of VIA's chipsets, but I think I'm ready to take a chance with the P4X333.
Another thing to bear in mind. Get yourself a decent power-supply, either the old 400W Ántec or one of the new ones from the TruePower series, like Antec TruePower 330, 380, or 430.
Also, if you can, get one of the new Antec Performance Plus cases with USB interface under the logo of the front becel. You will hate yourself the day you can't locate the connectors on the back of your case.

Not worth it. With that PC3200, you can get a P4S533 that will wipe the floor with both the P4X333 and 845G using the 4:6 FSB:Memory ratio.
right now i'm going to run it with my abit P4S533. once the intel is out i'll see if i like it or not. i mainly want it for its very good mem controller.
BTW i've been working with ozc mem for about 6 months, no problems. i have oced them too. they do what they say they will.

yeah, I love that board. it supports up to 2.2 cpu core voltage. what i dont like about it is no ata 133 support or agp 8x, but its not like i would see any difference right now any way.
BTW did i mention thats what i'll be using till 845g comes out?

The 845G can take PC3200 RAM? From what I've seen it can only take 333 Mhz RAM, but that is probably because that's what it will officially take and it can unofficially take 400 Mhz RAM.
