Desperately need help. Computer unresponsive

Hi - my PC, provided by the school, is simply not responding to anything ... i am able to log in fine etc., but at the home screen nothing responds, not even the start menu, or ctrl alt delete, i have to force shut down (hold the power button)

The only way it will work is through Safe Mode with Networking (need networking to log in) thats what I am in now. I really need a way to get my computer to work in normal mode, with all my documents + files etc (middle of school term Gr 11 so kind of essential). It started today, I attempted to install a new Adobe Flash Player and then quit after it took too long if that changes anything at all... I doubt it was that though

Backup your personal files and give your laptop to your school's tech support for a look.

Fixed. It was a "trojan.agent"
