Yeah man! One of my favorite movies, and a lot because its based on actual events and shows not only the horror of war but the caring for each other under those situations that excludes all politics and BS, and gets down to the true meaning of you watch my back and I watch yours.

And also the fact that Hal Moore was a true hero, when he gave his word he stuck with it! He disobeyed orders to stay on that battlefield with his men when they were trying to pull him out to save face, and he cared about the soldiers he lost and thought it was a travesty that he had lived and his men died, but if he had died, they all would have died.

I've got a few favorite parts of that movie but the line about Custer between LtCol Hal Moore and SgtMjr Plumley is truely a Hollywood Classic.
