I don't see a problem at all - if you really need/want all the extra bits like TV Tuner etc. The only shortcomings I can see are the slow(er) hard drive (60GB 5400rpm), slow(er) memory (PC2100), and only 10/100MBps ethernet. You must also realize that this is quite a large/bulky notebook, and its battery life is not good(only 2.5hours at nominal usage). ...oh, and almost zero upgradability (e.g. they've filled up the RAM slots, so in order to upgrade that, you would need to replace the RAM and not just supplement it. The CPU can't be upgraded significantly, and the GPU is integrated).
But I can assure you that it is a high quality notebook, built by the best of them, and that you should have no problems with it, if you do decide to purchase it.
