Odd network connectivity

I can browse and watch videos just fine, even download, however for a select few things, it doesn't work.

-Connecting to Counterstrike (both go and source) servers
-Downloading uplay games(FC3)
-Play planetside 2 (cant connect 1-0)

I use a 1t1r USB Wireless dongle, thanks.

Possibly related to your ISP. Sometimes they block certain ports that game servers require to be open. Does it happen on any other computers in your house (if you have more) or just this one?

Also what antivirus/firewall do you have running?

Just this computer

ESET Smart security but i deactivated and it doesnt work still.

For test purposes, try creating a new Windows user account and connecting from there. Could be a permissions issue.
