P4 price drop ... when will I see it!?!

When will resellers start selling the P4's for then new prices. I've heard that you will be able to acquire the 2.26G w/533 FSB for under $200. Can anyone verify this for me?

Also, I will eventually OC and I was going to use the ASUS SIS 645dx mobo. From the stats it looks like a good combination but I need practical opinions and hopefully some folkz who are running this current setup can give me the skinny.

Klipsch Promedia 5.1's are an easyway to break any lease.
