Hello,I can print most things, but I cannot print a spreadsheet. It says, "print to file." In Properties-Ports, Print to file is not enabled, virtual printer port is selected. Enable printer spooling was not enabled, I enabled it and it made no difference. "Virtual printer port" sounds related to wireless, but I am wired. Any help for someone who is not technically oriented.

Hi Linda,
I think, we need a little more info here. So you can print from any program and only Excel prints to a file? Does the print menu show the right printer? Windows version? Printer model? "Virtual printer port" by the way only means, that it's connected via usb and the plain old printer port is emulated there.
