Please advise what MoBo is considered best for this processor I have sitting around. I usually like ASUS recently fried a CUSL2 bios and am considering new board.
Thank You.

I personally would recommend an Asus TUSL2 (the fully Tualatin-compatible version of the CUSL2), unless your last Asus experience just put you right off them. As a second choice, I might recommend an Epox 3PTA motherboard.

Listen to Kelledin and get the Asus. Someone told be to get the Asus for my Tully, but I didn't listen. Instead, I got the Abit st6-raid and it was no better than my previous board for the Tully. The only bad thing about the TUSL2 is that it doesn't offer vcore adjustments for the PIII-S chips, but you're just getting a regular Tually....so nevermind. GET THE ASUS!!
