AHCI and RAID

Hi guys,
I have an issue with installation
I bought an SSD HyperX Kingston 120 GB on sale. When I tried to install it, windows 7 installer would not see it. I previously had a windows 7 64 bit on a RAID 0 Array which I wanted to keep anyway. So I think I made a mistake when I changed my settings in the BIOS from RAID Mode to AHCI Mode that immediately recognized the SSD Drive. I installed Windows 7 without any problems but when I switched back to RAID Mode in the Bios, it wont boot from my Raid Drives...

4X 4GB Corsair RAM @ 21333
2 X Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Raid Array 0
SSD Kingston HyperX 120 GB
