How to remove win32 bit laptop

Hello, i romove my win 7 on laptop , and installed win 7 32bit , now i want to ramove this win but i can't . help me please?

Boot your laptop from a third-party partition management CD and either delete the partition on the hard drive or re-format it. You can use GParted Live (make a bootable CD from the downloaded ISO file):
