It seems more reliable solution, in the same direction as Intel has taken. But there is an incredible pressure under the CPU and also under the mobo. Mobo makers make take this into consideration.

I won't be buying AMD's new platform until some people runs the first thousand miles. I don't want to be part of the experiment! ;-)
