Start system from new

On my ASRock Z77E-ITX (Motherboard)

Am I able to;

*Clear all and start from new?

*Make boot manager work alright?

*Acknowledge my second hard drive?

What are you starting over new? Your life? Marriage. Be specific.

Sorry for the Vagueness.

Basically so I could turn it on and have no worries.

I just think I've dug myself so deep in troubles (throwing my hands in the air as it were) , that if it were possible to set my motherboard software settings like new, then that would be the easiest way to fix my woes.

I'm probably still vague.

I don't understand a lot (as you may see). I'm learning as I go.
