How to increase video ram memory on acer aspire E1-571

i have a acer aspire E1-571 at first i installed windows 7 professional 64-bit and i checked my graphics memory by typing dxdiag then it showed 1792 mb and now i changed it to windows 7 ultimate 32-bit now i have video card 1192 mb how to increase it again please help and the video cards name is intel hd graphics 4000 i also want to increse my video ram that is 128mb now

The Intel HD4000 shares your RAM for video use and that is manged dynamically. You can not change it, except you add more ram to your laptop.
