ANN: SCX Calculator 1.7 now available

An upgrade to the popular cost/sell/margin SCX Calculator for the
PalmOS is now available. This upgrade supports the full range of Palm
Powered devices, all the way from Palm OS 1 to Palm Cobalt (OS 6.x).

Additionally, the calculator uses the correct decimal-point separator
depending on the selected locale on your handheld.

The SCX Calculator is written using the Quartus Forth on-board
