Radeon video card not compatible with windows 7

Hello, I have a dimension 5100, with on board radeon x300 SE 128MB video card I want to upgrade to windows 7 but this video card is not compatible .can I add another card and disable the on board one.And if so what card could i get. grateful for any help.

It looks like your computer has a PCIe x 16 slot. (not sure what version though) so it can be upgraded with a PCIe card. What is your budget? You should also check to make sure the PSU can handle your card of choice.
