Yup I got it. Use the main download site, not the mirrors. I have ADSL, and I only downloaded at 55KB/s, but it was the fastest one out of all the mirrors/other ones.

Yeah, I was hooked up to the University LAN this weekend and dl'd it 
Works fine, though from other forum posts, the Army servers have really been overloaded. The game looks good and sounds amazing. I'll give the online play a try sometime soon.
