Hi all,

I am running into a problem when installing the latest firmware update
to my MN-700 router. I downloaded the update, however when I run it, I
get the message "No components found". The wizard is ready to update
the following components... I have already been through all the
possible symptoms listed in the troubleshooter, and I still can't get
this thing to work... I saw a similar thread elsewhere, but some of the
solutions of manually installing the updates don't appear as though
they would work in my case. In particular I can't find any menu items
anywhere in my Broadband Management Tool to manually update firmware...
My computer is connected directly to the router via my ethernet
connection, so I can't understand why it doesn't see the router... any
help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

KJ
