When computer boots it shows setup and freezes instead of windows 7

Hello,
When I turn on my computer, the boot menu shows setup and under that Windows 7. If I dont hit the down arrow to windows 7 immedietly, it boots the "setup" and then freezes on the blue windows screen. How do I get that "setup" off of my boot menu? IfI move the down arrow to "windows 7", its just fine.

If you've got "Setup" in your boot menu, you or somebody else must have started running Windows Setup at some point and then aborted it before it was completed.

To remove it from your boot menu you must edit the BOOT.INI file.

In Windows 7, go to Start >> Run
Type msconfig and click 'OK'.

Click the Boot tab.
Highlight the line that refers to Windows Setup.
Click "Delete".
Click 'OK'

Now restart Windows.
