Hello,
I have the same exact error as "benson733" in his post.
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/21285-63-device-manager-simple-communications-controller-problem

But my MB is different:
MB Brand : Gigabyte
MB Model : EP45-UD3R

I found this website but I don't know which to install / can't find PCI. I installed the chipset but nothing changed about the PCI error.

Please help and thanks!

Update:
I did the "Ven/Dev" thing and it turns out I need something called Motorola Speakerphone Modem? :/ I am so confused!

"and it turns out I need something called Motorola Speakerphone Modem?"

You don't need the actual modem, you just need it's driver. But unless you access the internet the old way by "dial up" (dialling a phone number), don't worry about it. Just ignore. There isn't a driver for the dial-up modem anyway on your motherboard's driver page, though I've no idea why.
