You may need to have the keyboard and/or touchpad replaced if it is damgaed due to excessive pressure on it or getting liquid inside the components. You may be able to try and update the touchpad drivers in the OS. The keyboard having stuck key sounds like a mechanical problem, not a software issue. You could always pull the keyboard off and check for damage. This may void your warranty though. I would take it to a local computer repair place if it is past the warranty period. Do NOT take it to geeksquad or any national chain repair store as they will most likely rip you off. Independent, local repair shops will always give you a better price. They need to hook up their customers to keep them, Best Buy doesn't since they already have a lot of business.
