Is this the correct heatsink for a Dell Optiplex GX240 ?

I just got a GX240, small desktop size, P4-1.8. Missing the CPU and
heatsink. I have a CPU I can stick in it, now I need to find a heatsink. Is
Ebay # 6718478444 the correct one ?:

Or, otherwise, if anybody is recyclying a GX240, I'd like to buy the
heatsink.

Or, digging a little deeper on Ebay, will one from a GX260 work in a GX240 ?

First one it wont fit ... even the pwr connector is different.
the one from 260 looks like is the right part. I'm 99% sure it will work in
your 240
