Explorer.exe 100% CPU Usage

I'm running Windows 7: Ultimate

Whenever I open My Documents, explorer.exe goes up to 100% CPU Usage.

Process Explorer shows this

Any more information I'll post.

I've scanned using Malwarebytes updated, it detected some stuff:

I killed them, still 100%~ when accessing my Documents.
