If I set the core voltage of my P4 less than 1.5v, and my system runs stable, is there anything I need to worry about??

There shouldn't be anything to worry about, as long as you don't lower it too much.

AMD_Man, the point would be less heat, though at stock speeds that shouldn't be an issue. To each his own, I suppose.
