Error 1321

hey guyz........recently i've installed office 2k10 while 2k7 is already installed, and i got error while installation, and later i've reinstalled windows 7 and from then office 2007 is returning an error and every time it is returning me error, i got frustrated and googled on it severly but got no fix..., so please me to get out of it,

Uninstall Office 2007, then install Office 2010.
It's not wise to have two versions of Office installed at the same time.
